AI-Powered Trainer Certificate

The “AI-Powered Trainer Certificate” is designed for candidates with/ without previous training experience who are looking forward to developing a career in training and coping with the latest technological changes in utilising GEN-AI in the their field.

The course is designed to provide the candidates with:

1. A better understanding of AI, prompting, GPT creation, different uses of AI in training. 
2. The training skills necessary to deliver effective training experiences that follow international standards of teaching and training.
3. An understanding and practice of how to utilise AI as a trainer to maximise your efficiency and the quality of your work. 

From the minds behind the AI Co-Pilot Diploma, we created a course that provides an effective balance of theory and practice. It covers AI understanding, use, in addition to training approaches that will allow the trainers to plan and deliver effective training sessions online and offline.

On this course the candidates will benefit from:

1. Learning in small groups "12 participants maximum per group".
2. Designed and delivered by internationally recognised Cambridge University and Trinity College trainers.
3. Learn specialised AI use in training.
4. Learning by experiencing the approaches covered in the course firsthand from the course tutors.

The course will include a variety of practical input sessions on AI, prompting, GPT creation. a variety of teaching methods to utilise in training, and how to use AI to your advantage as a trainer to maximise your efficiency and the quality of your courses.

The sessions will develop the participants' ability in 4 main areas:

1. Gain a better understanding and application in AI and its use in training.
2. Applying undelying learning principles to their training practice.
3. In classroom practice and management.
4. Session planning and different approaches to deliver input.
5. Utilising AI in session and course planning.

 There is no final written exam, but you’ll be assessed on: 

1. planning and inclassroom training
2. ability to transfer what you learn into your session
3. awareness of the strengths and weaknesses of your training skills
4. contribution to input and feedback sessions
5. 1 assignment
